This national platform allows veteran-owned businesses to pitch their U.S.-made, grown, or assembled products directly to Walmart’s sourcing team—with the potential to reach store shelves and millions of customers across the country.

2024 Open Call Winner

Fire Department Coffee, a certified Veteran’s Business Enterprise® (VBE), earned a coveted Golden Ticket at Walmart Open Call 2024, securing a deal that supports their mission of serving great coffee while giving back to sick and injured firefighters.

Walmart is making a 10-year, $350 billion commitment to sourcing goods made, grown, or assembled in the U.S. This monumental initiative is designed to support American manufacturing and create opportunities for U.S.-based businesses.

The Road to Open Call on May 21, 2025 in Austin Texas, gives selected participants the chance to pitch their product directly to Walmart sourcing representatives, opening doors to a potential partnership with one of the world’s largest retailers. If selected, they’ll receive valuable onsite feedback that can help refine their offering and prepare for success.
