Under Public Act 16-184, effective October 1, 2016, Connecticut Veteran-owned micro-businesses shall be afforded a fifteen percent price preference in the determination of the lowest responsible qualified bidder by the Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS) under Conn.
