Operation Matchmaker: V2V – Veterans Doing Business With Veterans

NaVOBA Brings Veteran-Owned Businesses Together to Build Partnerships, Create Opportunities and Drive Growth

In celebration of Veterans Day and in support of the U.S. Small Business Administration’s National Veterans Small Business Week, the National Veteran-Owned Business Association (NaVOBA) invites Veteran business owners to connect, collaborate and grow through Operation Matchmaker: V2V (Veteran-to-Veteran) on November 9, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. EST.

Built around a simple but powerful idea, Veterans doing business with Veterans, this virtual matchmaking event creates opportunities for Veteran-Owned businesses to build meaningful relationships, explore new markets and turn connections into business opportunities.

Turning Shared Service Into Business Success

Veteran entrepreneurs share a unique foundation of trust, discipline, leadership and commitment to accomplishing the mission. Operation Matchmaker: V2V builds on that common ground by connecting Veteran business owners who are ready to support one another’s success.

Unlike traditional networking events, Operation Matchmaker focuses on actionable business opportunities. Through one-on-one conversations, small-group discussions and breakout rooms, participants can connect with fellow Veteran entrepreneurs to identify ways to work together.

Every conversation is designed to answer one important question: How can we do business together?

Five Ways to Build Business Opportunities

Operation Matchmaker: V2V provides Veteran-Owned businesses with opportunities to explore several paths to growth:

  • Buying: Discover Veteran-Owned suppliers offering the products and services your business needs while supporting fellow Veteran entrepreneurs.
  • Selling: Showcase your products and services to other Veteran-Owned businesses seeking reliable partners and suppliers.
  • Subcontracting and Teaming: Connect with potential partners to pursue larger contracting opportunities in both the public and private sectors.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Explore joint ventures, referral relationships and collaborative opportunities that can expand your business capabilities and reach.
  • Buying or Selling a Veteran-Owned Business: Connect with Veterans interested in business acquisitions or ownership transitions. Whether you’re preparing for retirement, exploring your next opportunity or looking to grow through acquisition, discover ways to keep Veteran-built businesses in Veteran hands.

More Than Networking: Building a Stronger Veteran Business Community

Operation Matchmaker: V2V is designed to move beyond introductions and encourage meaningful business relationships.

By bringing Veteran entrepreneurs together, NaVOBA aims to help participants identify potential customers, suppliers, teaming partners and business opportunities that can lead to long-term success.

Whether you’re looking to expand your customer base, strengthen your supply chain, pursue new contracts or explore business ownership opportunities, Operation Matchmaker offers a platform to connect with Veterans who understand the value of partnership and shared success.

Who Should Attend?

Operation Matchmaker: V2V is open to Veteran-Owned business owners and leaders who are interested in buying from, selling to, partnering with or investing in other Veteran-Owned businesses.

Businesses of all sizes and industries are encouraged to participate.
